At my MDVIP-affiliated practice, Merino Medical & Wellness, I am honored to be both your physician and your personal mentor. I love practicing what I preach—whether that means sharing my love for a whole-food, plant-based Mediterranean diet or chatting about my own routines with cycling and Pilates to help inspire your journey!

Since opening my independent practice in October 2006 in Coral Gables, I have been incredibly proud to care for our wonderful neighbors across South Miami, Pinecrest, Key Biscayne, and Palmetto Bay, as well as our international patients. Because your long-term health is my top priority, I have dedicated myself to becoming board-certified in Internal Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. This specialized training allows us to use proven, science-backed lifestyle changes to gently manage chronic conditions and help you feel your best from the inside out.
